Laie, Hawaii – Sept. 25, 2012 – Can the artistic talents of Hawaii’s keiki unravel the mystery that shrouds the Haunted Lagoon?

With the much-anticipated return of its Haunted Lagoon experience this Halloween season, the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) is inviting elementary school students to see what their creativity can conjure up in the annual Haunted Lagoon Art Contest. The contest offers students in kindergarten through sixth grade the chance to win four tickets to the attraction. One grand prize winner will receive 25 tickets for his or her class, redeemable between Oct. 9 and Oct. 31.

“Everyone’s getting in the Halloween spirit, but especially the keiki, so we’re excited to kick off our annual Haunted Lagoon Art Contest offering them the chance to win tickets to the Haunted Lagoon,” said Raymond Magalei, director of marketing for the PCC.
